What You'll Do
Deliver Platform Training
Lead engaging training sessions on AcuitySIS, AcuityLMS, and AcuityOTS features and workflows.
Demonstrate Software Workflows
Walk users through real platform tasks with clear, step-by-step demonstrations.
Create Training Materials
Develop guides, quick-reference documents, and training resources for platform users.
Support Certification Pathways
Contribute to structured certification pathways that validate user platform skills.
Adapt to Audiences
Adjust pacing, examples, and depth for teachers, registrars, administrators, and support staff.
Handle Questions & Follow Up
Answer user questions during sessions and follow up professionally on open items.
